4.3 User Content Rights

You retain all rights to your user-generated content. However, by posting content on our platform, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your content for recruitment and service improvement purposes.

GotoCorporate provides a platform to connect candidates with job opportunities. We do not guarantee job placements or employment. The quality and accuracy of job listings depend on our recruiting partners.

5.2 Service Availability

While we strive to maintain continuous service, we do not guarantee that our platform will be available 24/7 without interruptions. We may conduct maintenance or updates that may affect service availability.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

DISCLAIMER: GotoCorporate is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

The platform will be error-free or uninterrupted
Job listings are accurate or current
Employers are legitimate or trustworthy
We will achieve any specific results or outcomes
All job opportunities are genuine

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GotoCorporate and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our platform, including but not limited to loss of income, employment opportunities, data, or business.

While we verify some employers and job listings, we cannot guarantee the legitimacy of all opportunities. We recommend that users:
